Please submit your presentation (in English, copy-edited and proofread) via email to\u00a0<strong>info&lt;@&gt;icetl.org<\/strong>, no later than 10 business days before the events starts.<\/p><p>If for any reason, you are unable to send your presentation in advance of the Conference, please have your presentation on USB storage.<\/p><\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-8bc3f81 elementor-widget elementor-widget-radman_heading\" data-id=\"8bc3f81\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"radman_heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"radman-title font-bold text-3xl\">Poster Sessions<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6adbb0a elementor-widget elementor-widget-radman_text\" data-id=\"6adbb0a\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"radman_text.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"radman-text\"><p>Design your\u00a0<span class=\"m_4042004899298116162gmail-il\">poster<\/span>\u00a0so that it is easy to read and include some visuals or charts. Allocate the top of the\u00a0<span class=\"m_4042004899298116162gmail-il\">poster<\/span>\u00a0for the title and authors\u2019 names and affiliations. Remember the audience may have a short time frame to read your\u00a0<span class=\"m_4042004899298116162gmail-il\">poster<\/span>.\u00a0<\/p><p>Poster size should be A1 international paper size. Materials, including the title, should not extend beyond the poster size.<\/p><p>Do not use foam core or any thick or multi-layered materials or pushpins directly on the\u00a0<span class=\"m_4042004899298116162gmail-il\">poster<\/span>\u00a0boards. Please make sure that the material used for the\u00a0<span class=\"m_4042004899298116162gmail-il\">poster<\/span>\u00a0allows it to be posted on the boards.<\/p><p>All\u00a0<span class=\"m_4042004899298116162gmail-il\">posters<\/span>\u00a0should be based on the submitted abstract as accepted by the Scientific Committee.<\/p><p>Please bring your\u00a0<span class=\"m_4042004899298116162gmail-il\">poster<\/span>\u00a0with you.\u00a0<\/p><\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-bd4148e elementor-widget elementor-widget-radman_heading\" data-id=\"bd4148e\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"radman_heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"radman-title font-bold text-3xl\">Virtual Sessions<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-07af02b elementor-widget elementor-widget-radman_text\" data-id=\"07af02b\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"radman_text.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"radman-text\">The conference program for Virtual presentations will be emailed to participants one week before the conference.\n\nVirtual presentations will be delivered via an online electronic forum (Webinar). Virtual session attendees will receive the Webinar invitation link a few days before the Conference. Joining the webinar session is easy and takes just a few seconds.
